Milo Shapiro
In
what will probably be the most interactive keynote you've
ever attended, Milo's keynote is two-fold. The first
half is stories on risk-taking and moving past the fear of
failure as we strive for greater results.
The second half is where the real laughter comes out. Milo leading the group in games of
improvisation that they play in pairs in the audience.
As the room fills with laughter and attendees get more
comfortable with one another, Milo points out the lessons in
each game, ranging from fear of risk-taking to communication
breakdowns to leadership/support.
Rather
than sitting and laughing at a comedian, Milo has the whole
room laughing at themselves as they play these
exciting games that are definitely outside the norm.
It's a great
kick-off or mid-conference energy boost
to help people connect through laughter.
Milo
has led beginners at organizations like Southwest Airlines,
the US Department of Defense, and Computer Sciences
Corporation through his keynotes and teambuilding programs.
